Rental Prices Effective November 2025
$300 Non-Refundable Deposit due upon booking and signing of contract, remaining balance due 1 week prior to the booking date.
(No Payments Will Be Made the Day of The Event)
$875 - 5hr Regular rental (2 hours provided for setup prior to your event)
$675 - 3hr Funeral/Memorial Service with Wake
$565 - 4hr Repast ($50 each additional hour)
$1050 - Funeral and Repast (combined discount)
$1350 - Weddings and Full Day 7hrs+ rentals (Additional $100 per hour for rehearsal)
$500 - 4hrs Rehearsal Dinners ($50 each additional hour)
(Sound System, Backdrop, Funeral Programs, Memorial Videos, Monitors for PowerPoint or presentations available at an additional cost)

All Events Must End by 9:30pm on Saturday Nights
All clean-up, breakdown and rental pick-up must be completed
One (1) hour before the conclusion of the event, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rental Info
Tables , Chairs, Wifi Capabilities, and cleaning fee come standard with all rentals. Church Representative's will be onsite during the full rental period.
As we offer our building for rentals we ask that you respect the family life center and abstain from the use of alcohol or substances and music with any profanity while on the church campus. these provisions and others will be outlined the contract that you will sign at the time of rental.
